HOW LONG WILL MY EYELASH EXTENSIONS LAST?
You can expect to book your lash fills anywhere between 3-4 weeks. Our natural lashes have a life cycle of 90 -120 days and on average we lose 1-5 lashes daily. Regular aftercare is vital for the longevity of the life of your lashes.
DO EYELASH EXTENSIONS DAMAGE MY NATURAL LASHES?
When your lash artist is properly trained, he/she will know what length and weight of lash extension is healthy for your natural lash. Properly applied lashes will all be separated from each other and wont feel too heavy. A proper application will not compromise the natural health of your eyelashes
WHAT KIND OF TRAINING DO YOU HAVE?
Helena has been trained with the best of the best of Canada's top lash professionals. Proper education and training is something that is very important and a hands-on approach is key. Helena is always looking for new classes and workshops to keep up with the every changing industry.

HOW LONG IS AN APPOINTMENT?
Full sets range from 2 hours for classic sets to 3 hours for volume.
Fills are booked for 1.5 hours but all appointments vary depending on each individual.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT AT MY FIRST LASH APPOINTMENT?
When you arrive at the your first appointment, you will be asked to fill out a waiver and consent form. Although all clients are asked to come make-up free, each application begins with a lash cleanse. After all is clean, under eye pads are applied and at this point most clients fall asleep or simply relax.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M ALLERGIC?
Unfortunately, some clients develop allergies to eyelash extensions. Some experience an allergic reaction after their first try, and some develop them sometimes after years of having them done. If this is something that you have experienced, we highly recommend that you contact us immediately and have your lashes removed. Please DO NOT try to remove them yourself, as you can potentially damage your natural lashes
HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY LASH EXTENSIONS?
Aftercare is super important, not only for the longevity of your lash extensions, but also the health of your natural lashes and eyes. Oil free products are recommended for the eye area. WHY DOES IT SAY NO COFFEE BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT?
Coffee and tea contain caffeine and often cause people to be jittery. As a result of this, sometimes clients eyelashes start to flutter and although its not noticeable to the client, it makes it very difficult for the application process.
